Containers shaped around you
WORK WITH ME 1:1Every sample container below is simply a starting point. We will collaborate to customize each one or mix and match the ones that resonate most based around what’s bringing you into this work: a season of life, a difficult decision you’re sitting with, or a pattern you’re ready to understand differently.
Self & Liberation

Embracing Your Individual Edge
For my multi-hypenates and innovative thinkers who’ve shaped themselves to fit in, but are finally ready to take up space as who they really are.
Discover and trust what makes you singular, magnetic, and uniquely you. Let that expression of you shape how you live, work, and create limitlessly and fearlessly. The world wants us to fit into tiny little boxes, but we are expansiveness in our individuality. Without it, the tapestry of collective culture is bland and beige. We need you as you!

From Intellectualizing to Feeling
For intellectualizers and highly self-aware people who understand everything, but struggle to feel it.
We’re taught that language and intellect will fix everything, that if we know enough, our problems will disappear… but often, no matter how much we know, we still feel stuck. Logic can’t change the stickiness of a feeling. This container makes space for you to move from analysis (the mind) into sensation (the body), so what you know becomes something you can feel, live, and release for actual embodied change and relief.

Detangling From Inner Critics & Systems
For people ready to unlearn the inner voices and beliefs they absorbed from the systems around them.
The voices in our head that hold us back are often created by the oppressive systems we live under like patriarchy, capitalism, and colonial supremacy. These are the voices that have also infiltrated our societal, cultural, political, and familial landscapes. This container is space for you to notice where oppressive systems live in your body and beliefs, and loosen their hold with care so you can overcome the blocks preventing you from living your dream life.
Creative & Expressive Life

Creative Liberation
For creatives working in entertainment, tech, and corporate.
It’s hard to protect your voice inside systems built around deadlines, notes, and approval. This container helps you reclaim your creative instincts, loosen the grip of the inner editors, and make work (and decisions) that feel like yours. This includes finding ways to reconnect with your creativity outside of your day job.

Embodied Expression
For artists, musicians, writers, directors, and healers.
Your art is most alive when it moves through your true self, when you’re focused more on the message and emotion you’re trying to communicate than on how the audience might receive it. We work somatically to clear what’s constricting your expression so your work carries more of you, connecting to people far and wide simply because of the alchemy of the parts of you, you pour into it.

Embodied Expression for Actors & Performers
For actors and performers preparing for auditions, roles, performances, or new characters.
Step into a character through the body, not just the script. We explore your connecting points into the character, locating where they live within you through Internal Family Systems. What is their physicality? The pacing of their breath? Their emotional range? Their voice? Treating your body as a vessel to channel through rather than just “acting” out the lines in a script.

Hands-on strategy and business-building support, alongside somatic work on the blocks that keep you from each next step on your to-do list. Whether it’s getting comfortable investing in yourself or taking the dive into the content world, we’ll unpack and step into the new territory together.

Leadership Embodiment

Alchemizing Your Shadow Into Power
For anyone ready to meet the parts they’ve hidden or carried shame about.
Shadow work isn’t about fixing yourself, it’s about turning toward what you learned to hide with curiosity and compassion, identifying the inner critics and who those voices really belong to, in order to loosen their grip for powerful embodied pursuit of your dream life.

Building Self-Trust
For those who grew up with control, expectation, or divided worlds, and for survivors of SA or narcissistic relationships.
Kids of immigrants, third culture kids, and anyone who learned to override their own signals to stay safe or belong. We rebuild your relationship with your internal compass at a pace your body can trust, so you can reconnect with what your “yes,” your “no,” and your “maybe” actually feel like again.

Ancestral Shadow Work
For the cycle breakers, the sensitive ones who sense their story is bigger than one lifetime including those whose lineages carry the legacies of imperialism, slavery, and displacement.
Some of what we carry was never ours to begin with. We trace how inherited wounds show up in the way you move, relate, and rest, and we work with the body to metabolize them, honor your lineage, and choose what to carry forward. This is a practice of reclaiming the power of your ancestors, and in embodying your dream self as an act of healing the wounds of your lineage.
